What ShimmerUX is
ShimmerUX turns a website URL or a screenshot into an AI-generated UX and conversion audit: scores, the main issues, suggested fixes, rough projected impact, and ready-to-send pitch templates. Free reports are a limited preview. Paid plans unlock the rest. There is also a paid API. ShimmerUX is run by an independent solo developer in Norway.
Using it fairly
A few things we ask:
- Only submit URLs and screenshots you have the right to analyze.
- Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, and do not resell it as your own.
- Do not abuse the free tier or the API rate limits.
- When you send the pitch emails we generate, follow the spam and marketing rules where you live.
You are at least 18, and if you use it for a business, you are allowed to act for that business.
About the audit results
Audits are produced by AI (Google Gemini) and automated scoring. They can be incomplete or wrong. The scores and the projected lift, bounce, and potential-score figures are estimates, not promises of results. Nothing here is professional, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgment.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account, which stops future charges, and you keep access until the period ends. If you are an EU or EEA consumer, your statutory rights (including any cooling-off period that applies) are not affected. For refund questions, just email us.
Your stuff and ours
What you submit and the reports made for you are yours. You give us the limited permission needed to process them and run the service (including sending them to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy). ShimmerUX itself, the software, design, and brand, belongs to us. Please do not copy or resell it.
As is, and our liability
This is an evolving product from one developer, provided "as is". We may change or pause features and we cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. None of this removes rights you have under mandatory Norwegian or EEA consumer law.
Ending things
You can stop using ShimmerUX any time. We may suspend or close access if these terms are broken or the service is misused.
The legal bit
