Every free report includes an overall UX score (0 to 10) and a per-category breakdown across all 8 categories, including AEO/SEO for search and AI discoverability. You also get your top 3 to 6 issues flagged by severity and business impact, the projected conversion and engagement lift from fixing them, a quick read on what's already working, and a cold-email subject line and body you can send. Free reports stay live for 7 days.
What does Indie add?
Indie turns the preview into the complete report. You get a specific fix for every issue plus a ready-to-paste AI prompt to build it, the full outreach sequence (follow-up email, break-up email, and a LinkedIn DM), PDF export, and reports that never expire. Same audits as Free, just fully populated instead of previewed.
Why does my free report expire after 7 days?
Every audit runs real rendering and AI compute, then gets stored and served on our side. Hosting every free report indefinitely adds up fast, so free reports stay live for 7 days to keep capacity open for new audits. Paid reports never expire. And if a free one lapses before you upgrade, just re-run the URL on a paid plan for a fresh, fully populated version.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy, and you can manage or cancel from /account whenever you want. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
What is the founders deal?
The first 25 customers lock in $29/month, 40% off the standard tier, for as long as the subscription stays active. After July 1, 2026, the price goes back to standard for new signups.
Can I send the report to my client under my own brand?
Not fully, yet. Indie PDFs still carry the ShimmerUX logo on the cover and footer. The Agency tier strips all ShimmerUX branding so the report ships clean, ready to pair with your own cover letter, and full white-labeling with your logo and domain is on the roadmap. Agency is on a waitlist for now while we validate demand, so add yourself on the pricing page if you want it.
